Band Together NC is a local nonprofit organization whose mission is connecting our community to nonprofits through the power of live music. The panel discussion includes leaders from NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), Foundation of Hope, Boys & Girls Club Durham and Orange Counties and Shining Light in Darkness.

Maureen Prosser is the founder of Wholistic Roots, a health coaching practice focused on the gut-brain connection and mental well-being. With a degree in Psychology from NC State and certifications in integrative health and mind-body medicine, she helps clients improve mood, energy, and resilience through root-cause healing.
