Ayurveda: The Foundation of This Work

Ayurveda is one of the world’s oldest systems of holistic health—a time-tested approach to understanding how your body and mind respond to the world around you.

It’s built on the five elements—ether, air, fire, water, and earth—which combine uniquely in every person to form their individual mind-body pattern.

When these patterns are out of balance, it can show up as changes in digestion, energy, mood, sleep, and overall well-being. Ayurveda helps make sense of these signals so you can understand what your body is asking for and support a return to balance.

I’m Maureen, a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner and holistic health coach supporting digestion, energy, stress, and overall well-being.

My work blends Ayurveda, modern nutrition, and nervous system support to help you reconnect with your body in a practical, sustainable way.

After years of navigating my own experience with stress, burnout, and health imbalances, I came to this work through lived experience—not just study.

My approach is grounded, personalized, and focused on helping you feel like yourself again.
