Where healing begins at the root.
Balance your mind, body, and spirit through the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda — and finally feel like yourself again.
What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is the world’s oldest holistic health system — a 5,000-year-old science of living in rhythm with nature.
More than a wellness trend, it’s a way of understanding yourself on every level — physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Ayurveda helps you find balance by aligning with the five elements (ether, air, fire, water, earth) and living in tune with your unique constitution.
Through nutrition, daily routines, movement, breath and mindset, Ayurveda offers a personalized map back to wholeness.

Meet Maureen
Welcome! I’m Maureen — a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Ayuryoga Instructor. After years of illness, spiral of chronic stress, burnout, and soul-searching, I found my way back to balance through Ayurveda.
I created Wholistic Roots because I know what it’s like to feel depressed, disconnected, depleted, and unsure how to change. Through Ayurveda and realistic lifestyle changes, I help people feel at home in their bodies, clear in their minds, and aligned with their lives — nurturing wellness from the very root.
